Evolution and progression is the foundation of Project Sub-Ohm™. A Mutation must adapt, re-adapt, and reinvent itself in order for it to survive. It is this Darwinian methodology of thinking in which a well-known, and well-tested platform must be completely redesigned from the ground-up in order to reassert itself in a competitive market. Simplicity and elegance without compromise is a key ideological foundation in the design process of Project Sub-Ohm™. It is this synergy of two polar opposites in which the Mutation X V4 was born. 

The crowning achievement in the design of the Mutation X V4 is one of the most important aspects of vaping itself. The method of airflow travel and the relationship of that particular aspect in this platform was the bedrock in the functional design. The integration of bottom airflow was carefully considered, utilizing a multi-sized air intake system coupled with a angular pathway into the chamber, providing an efficient and uninterrupted flow of air directly to the user's coil. Side airflow has been designed as an array of parallelograms, an optimal shape directly related to the adjustable airflow control. This shape was chosen to specifically synergize with the bladed airflow control, inducing a greater swirling effect while also greatly increasing user control of airflow. The two main pathways of airflow have been designed to directly work both simultaneously together, creating a strong turbulent and swirling airflow effect, or independently from another, providing an extra capable and extra versatile airflow system. 

One of the most important elements integrated into the Project Sub-Ohm™ Designed Mutation X V4 is the adaptability of not only the airflow options, but also the versatility and capabilities of the top cap options. With careful consideration to stylistic elements along with functionality integration, the top cap options provide an all encompassing user experience platform, A slightly beveled competition top cap provides a sleek and elegant look, while the delrin mouthpiece has a slight angular reduction to improve comfort while simultaneously tapering vapor delivery for maximal flavor experience. A flush delrin 510 adapter top cap provides the ability to use aftermarket drip tips while also greatly increasing heat dissipation and completing a sleeker look. An included polycarbonate chamber extender, a first of its kind, can be used with either of these two top cap options, specifically designed for absolute heat dissipation and reduction catered to the most demanding vapor chasing consumers.

The accumulated knowledge gained from Project Sub-Ohm™'s design experience has gone into the process of reinventing the Mutation X series, culminating in the creation of one of the most advanced user experiences in a rebuildable platform.
